Linden Honey – ORGANIC Nectar of the Earth 400 gr PREMIUM selection
Linden honey is very fragrant and aromatic; its use is recommended to sweeten herbal teas: to overcome migraines, nervousness, insomnia, colds.
At sight it has a light yellow liquid color while it tends to white or cream in its crystallized form; crystallization is delayed and gives rise to large crystals and a compact consistency.
Our artisan production sites are in Val d'Ala and Val Grande and Valle di Viù.
Color: from light amber (sometimes with green or yellow reflections) in liquid honey; from white to cream in the crystallized.
- Revolutionary: medium sweet, sometimes with a bitter aftertaste in very pure honeys, mentholated.
- Smell: medium intensity, fresh, mentholated, balsamic, reminiscent of the scent of linden blossom herbal tea.
- AROMA: intense, fresh, of menthol and camphor; of fresh walnut; of medicinal herbs; very persistent.
