The Santero 958 Love Bottle is an Extra Dry Spumante produced by Santero. The Piedmontese winery has been able to interpret the changing times and the changing tastes of young people.

Proposing a range of sparkling wines with lively labels capable of becoming protagonists of the tasting together with the wine. The sparkling wine comes from a selection of white berried grapes grown in various vineyards of the Santo Stefano Belbo estate.

The marvelous hilly exposures of the Langhe and a mild and breezy climate allow for the harvesting of healthy and ripe grapes. At the end of the soft pressing, the must is sent for fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.

The base wines rest for a few months before being transferred to an autoclave for the second fermentation and refermentation with the Martinotti or Charmat method. The process is completed within about three months, with the Extra-Dry dosage and the marketing of the bottles.
