The challenge was intriguing, there are many coffee blends on the market for compatible capsules in my way, from the originals to all the blends made by roasters in various geographical areas. Our main interest was to formulate the right blend of Robusta such as to keep all the peculiar characteristics unchanged.

2. Having a intense and lasting flavour, to leave the acidity of the coffee unchanged.

The use of exclusively controlled materials, the prerogative of all Maniscalco coffee products, would also have guaranteed one perfect texture.

The decision to protect our capsules in flowpacks is essential, in our opinion, to maintain the freshness of the product as freshly toasted. We pack our products with extreme care and we have decided, for this system, to use packs of 16 pieces.
