How was Soft, the perfect blend for the whole day born?
The challenge was intriguing, there are many coffee blends on the market for Espresso Point compatible capsules, from the originals by Lavazza to all the blends made by roasters in various geographical areas. Our main interest was to formulate the right blend of Robusta and Arabica so as to keep all the peculiar characteristics unchanged.
- Have one persistent creaminess, to be durable throughout the extraction period;
- Have one aromatic softness, to leave the right amount of aroma.
The use of exclusively controlled materials, the prerogative of all Maniscalco coffee products, would also have guaranteed one perfect texture.
The decision to protect our capsules individually in flowpacks is essential, in our opinion, to keep the freshness of the product unchanged, as if it were just toasted. We pack our products with extreme care and we have decided, for this system, to use packs of 100 pieces.
